MISSION
While working on U.S. Army campaigns, I implemented key project management principles to ensure the successful launches of variety on workstreams on the U.S. Army account. I managed multiple workstreams across digital, social, PR, and creative specifically focusing in the following: commercial production, stills photography production, creative brief development, ecosystem development, production visions, pre production books, website optimizations, paid and organic social execution, display content execution, qualitative and quantitative research, stimulus videos, rebranding, and sizzle videos delivering on time and within budget. I developed comprehensive project frameworks, including detailed budgets, scopes, risk management, and timelines on Smartsheets, and ensured financial accountability by tracking budgets and preparing forecasts on Workfront. I worked on all the project administration related tasks and delegated them to 4 junior teammates (open job code, forecast resources, burn reports, set-up project folder, open POs, signed SOWs, expense reports, etc.)
